YOUR ORDER

Order Status:

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number and all your details like shipping and billing addresses, costs and all items purchased.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a second e-mail from us with your shipping details, including your tracking number and all the items shipped. If there are remaining items in your order that were not shipped in the first time, you will receive another shipment confirmation for them.

 


Changes in your Order:

You can change your order within 24 hours of placing it. In that case, any additional cost will be charged.

If you need to do some changes in your order, you will need to e-mail us at sales@arregonpilates.com or call us at (+34) 641482609 for National and International orders.

We usually start our producing process 24 hours after the confirmation of your order, so if the process it’s already started you could incur an extra charge for the machines already in production.

Changes may incur in shipping delays if they affect the producing process.

We will inform you about the costs for changes or removed equipment of the order and new delivery dates.

 


Cancellation:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and we will return your initial deposit in full.

If you cancel it after 24 hours and before the shipping, we will deduct 25% of your purchase from your initial deposit.

Returns will be made in the same form of initial payment.
