ARREGON Pilates Equipment Warranty

At ARREGON Pilates Equipment we are committed to the quality, durability, and precision of every apparatus we produce. Our equipment is built using carefully selected materials and manufacturing processes designed to support years of professional studio use as well as home practice.
To support this commitment, we provide a comprehensive warranty to the original retail purchaser of our principal apparatus.
What the ARREGON Warranty Covers
ARREGON guarantees that its apparatus are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used and maintained under normal studio or home conditions.
“Defects in materials or workmanship” include:
Structural issues resulting from manufacturing defects
Failure of welded, bonded, or assembled components due to manufacturing error
Construction defects that prevent the apparatus from performing as intended
Lifetime Warranty
Major Structural Components
ARREGON offers a lifetime warranty on the primary structural components of the following equipment:
Reformers
Cadillacs
Wall Units and Towers
Guillotine Towers
This lifetime warranty applies to defects related to:
Manufacturing issues present at delivery
Structural failures linked to build quality
Workmanship defects that prevent the apparatus from functioning properly
Covered Components
Reformer frame
Cadillac frame and canopy
Structural frame of Wall Units and Towers
Guillotine Tower frame
This warranty does not guarantee that equipment will remain cosmetically unchanged or free from wear over time.
The warranty does not cover small components or consumable parts including but not limited to:
springs
wheels
straps
hooks
clips
eyebolts
hardware and screws
handles
upholstery
normal discoloration or cosmetic wear
10-Year Warranty
Chairs, Barrels, Mats, and Pedi-Pole
ARREGON provides a 10-year warranty on the main structural components of the following equipment:
Wunda Chair
Electric Chair
Small Arm Chair
Combination Chair
Ladder Barrel
Spine Corrector
Small Barrel
Pilates Mats
Pedi-Pole
These apparatus are designed and constructed to support years of consistent professional studio use.
The 10-year warranty covers structural defects caused by:
material defects
manufacturing errors
structural failures affecting normal operation
Covered Components
chair frames
barrel frames
mat frames
Pedi-Pole frame
90-Day Warranty
Springs, Parts & Accessories
All springs, parts, and accessories are covered by a 90-day warranty from the invoice date against manufacturing defects.
In this category, a manufacturing defect includes:
material flaws preventing normal use
spring defects affecting tension or function due to production issues
construction or assembly errors
failures caused by manufacturing mistakes rather than normal wear
Covered Items

handles
rubber feet

hardware
other small parts
Not Covered
The following conditions are not covered under this warranty:
normal wear from use
high-volume studio usage
rust or oxidation caused by humidity
natural variations in wood or textile materials
gradual loss of spring tension
Use and Time-Related Changes (Not Covered)
Certain changes naturally occur over time as a result of regular use, client handling, studio volume, or environmental exposure. These conditions are not considered manufacturing defects.
Examples include:
cosmetic marks such as scratches, dents, chips, or fading
upholstery wear including scuffs, impressions, stretching, or tears from daily use
natural aging of materials such as leather softening, vinyl stiffening, or color variation
surface oxidation or metal discoloration due to environmental exposure
spring fatigue or gradual loss of tension from repeated exercise load
wear on moving parts such as wheels, straps, clips, and hooks over extended use
Events Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty does not cover damage caused by circumstances outside the control of the manufacturer, including but not limited to:
extreme environmental conditions
floods
fires
natural disasters
improper storage or misuse
Customers are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for studio equipment when applicable.
Transit Damage Policy
All shipments must be carefully inspected at the time of delivery.
If any visible damage to the packaging, crate, or product is observed, it must be clearly noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. The delivery must be signed with the notation “DAMAGED”, “NOT ACCEPTED – DAMAGED”, or equivalent written reservation in the presence of the transport carrier.
If the delivery receipt is signed without any written reservation, the shipment will be considered accepted in good condition and claims for damage or breakage caused during transport will not be accepted.
If the carrier does not request a remark or reservation at the time of delivery and damage becomes visible upon inspection, the recipient must immediately document the issue in writing with the transport company and obtain written confirmation of the incident.
Without written confirmation from the carrier, ARREGON Pilates Equipment will not be able to process or accept any transport-related damage claims.
Reporting Shipping Damage
To initiate a shipping damage claim, the following conditions must be met:
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
The original packaging and crate must be retained for inspection
Clear photographic evidence of the packaging and product damage must be provided
Photos must include all sides of the packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged areas
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the claim being denied.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty:
applies only to the original retail purchaser
is non-transferable
applies only to products purchased directly from ARREGON or an authorized distributor
Except for the warranties expressly stated above, ARREGON Pilates Equipment disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
