Our Low Foldable Mat is built in the thickness needed to make the padding hard and comfortable for ground work and lined with our upholstery that allows for durability, flexibility and glide during exercise. It comes with two wooden dowel handles and two moon boxes of the same thickness to complete its function. It has two handles on the sides to transport it comfortably once folded and reduced in size.
