In this workshop we will work with the fundamentals "Move from the back" and "Two ways to stretch". We will find the connection of the movement executed from the back along with the two ways of stretching the body, through different repertoire exercises.

How important is the Footwork and The Hundred before moving forward?

We are going to transfer and break down in the classical matwork the development of advanced exercises of the the repertoire and connect it with the Reformer's exercises: Snake & Twist, Rowing Series, Short Box, Long Spine Series, Long Box and Splits.
