WARRANTY POLICY AND RETURN POLICY

Limited Warranty

ARREGON® offers the following limited lifetime guarantee and it’s our sole guarantee and disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied.

ARREGON® apparatus will be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period described below. At our discretion, our company will repair, replace or refund the purchased price of any defective product covered by our warranty, including shipping return to the costumer.  

10 year warranty from date of Invoice on Apparatus: Reformers, Cadillacs and combined units of Reformer, Barrels, Chairs, Wall Units, Mats and Towers.

18 months warranty on all springs, wheels, clips, hooks and other parts designed to move during use.

Exclusions

Our guarantee excludes normal wear and tear caused by the normal use, damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification or unauthorized repair. Scratches to the end and cuts or scratches in the upholstery or foam are not covered by our warranty.

 


Warranty Return Policy

ARREGON® has a 10 day Warranty Return Policy.

First of all, customer must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To start the return process you should contact shop@arregonpilates.com explaining the reasons, detailing the items you want to return and invoice number and/or buyer’s information. Customer Service will provide you a RMA number. It must be clearly marked on the outside of the package of all the return items. The buyer must keep the original packaging for the first 10 days. Otherwise, customer must provide and be responsible for the correct packaging of all the items to be returned. The ADM number must be requested within 10 days after receive the order and must be sent and received at the address indicated within 30 calendar days from the date on which customer receive the RMA number.  ARREGON® is not responsible for any item returned without a clearly marked DMA number on the outside of the package or returned without following the Warranty Return Process.  ARREGON® is responsible for the shipping costs for warranty returns and re-sending the replacements made following the indicated return policy.  In the event that ARREGON® establishes that the product is not under warranty, does not meet the requirements of the guarantee policy or customer has not followed the procedure indicated, the buyer will be the sole and exclusive responsible for the costs that may be incurred in the re-shipment of all the items.

 


Return Policy

ARREGON® has a 30 day Return Policy.

ARREGON® is not responsible for any item returned without a clearly marked DMA number on the outside of the package.  Items must be in their original condition, packaged and unused with the same original packaging. Customer will be responsible for any shipping cost and any damage or loss during the shipping return.  

NON REFUNDABLE:

Equipment: Reformer, Reformer with Tower, Cadillac, Cadillac instant conversion in half or full units, Wunda Chair, Electric Chair, Small Chair, Combo Chair, Electric / Wunda, Full Barrel (Stair), Spinal Corrector, Mini Barrel, Guillotine towers, study wall units and high Mats, and low Mats, or any product ordered in a custom upholstery color or custom configuration.  

Accessories: springs, custom orders or custom upholstery items.
